Company’s predecessor was HLL Guoco Vietnam Co., Ltd., established under Investment Licence No. 638/GP by State Committee for Cooperation and Investment on 20/07/1993. After several amendments, Company has officially become Roxy Vietnam Joint Stock Company from January 30^th 2015.

Company’s Vietnamese name is “CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ROXY VIỆT NAM”; English name is “ROXY VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY” and abbreviated name is “ROXY VIETNAM JSC”. 

Company’s head quarter is at 83A Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

Company is the owner of Moevenpick Hanoi Hotel located at 83A Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. 

Company’s main businesses are to build an international four star hotel at 83A Ly Thuong Kiet street, Hanoi city and provide the related services and to establish a separate place within the Company’s premise to operate electronic prize winning game machines for foreigners with maximum of 38 machines.
